I had a great experience with Temperature Doctors. I chose this company because Josh, who provided the estimate, was the most professional of the people I had called, and he went above and beyond by teaching me about my furnace - something the two prior companies that had done previous work on my HVAC never had. I researched furnaces, and one consistent thing I kept hearing was that it was just as important to choose the company as it is choosing the equipment. Replacing a furnace is expensive and stressful, especially when it goes out during winter. Josh made going with Temperature Doctors easy. He made every appt (I'd had a no-show for an estimate with another company), was here on the day of the install, and answered every question regardless of how many times I emailed, called, or texted. The installers, Seth and Jordan, were genuinely nice. More importantly, they were professional, worked quickly, and got the new furnace in! I'm pleased to have found this local company. Not only would I use them again, and recommend them to my friends, but Josh was also able to (at my request) refer me to other professionals in town for work that I've needed done but have had trouble finding people to do. If his contacts are as professional and proficient as he and Temperature Doctors, I'll be a happy camper. Thank you, Temperature Doctors, for getting my furnace replaced in a short turnaround. I'm happy not to worry about my heat going out again!

Huge huge shoutout to Seth (original technician who showed up the SAME day… literally within two hours of the call) who was super knowledge & honest about everything needed. Another shout out to Joshua who took the time to come out again within 90 minutes of Seth leaving, checking out what we needed & explaining all the options. The company was great, knowledgeable, & worked quickly. The installment team (Randy, Seth, & Aiden) worked quick, explained EVERYTHING, and was overall awesome. 10/10 would recommend the company.

Temperature Doctors were very professional and accommodating not to mention affordable! My heat stopped working on one of the coldest days this year and they were able to come out and provide us service at an affordable price! Seth the technician was awesome with in moments he was able to find and fix the issue to get the heat working again!!! Seriously the best heating and cooling company in the state!!! Call them you won’t be disappointed!!!!

The guys at temperature docs are great! Needed a new furnace and they came out the next day after i ordered it to install. They are punctual, clean, and thorough. I was not pressured at all to pick a specific model and received a complete explanation of what was available. My basement looked just like it did before they came and they worked down there all day. Swept, took all trash, put things back where they were. Impressed. I would definitely recommend them. Ask for josh, seth, or randy!!!

These technicians were knowledgeable and experienced. They walked me through the process of owning and operating my new furnace/air conditioner. They were helpful to me in the sense they explained the whole operating procedure and explained everything to me with patience and clarity no big words. Their manager came afterwards them and inspected their work and asked me once again if I was satisfied or had concerns to simply call or tell em there. They were courteous during the whole process I would definitely recommend these guys to whomever asks. Thank you again.
